Received call from 408-317-0210 @4:03 pm PST on 12/6/2016 with caller ID "Los Gatos CA". No message left. White Pages flags this number as suspected spam.

They called.  ID said it was calling from Los Gatos.  They didn't leave a message.  Blocked the number.

rang 4 times....didn't answer it....looks like spam.

Yeah they called me, left no message so I will block
