The call was regarding a payday loan that was took place on 05 May 2008. As a member of US armed forces, I am not authorized nor will be granted any kind of loan from such source (paydaloan. cashadvane, etc.). I told "John" the man that called me, I don't have any information regarding to this matter I am being accused of. I asked him to send me information/documentions in writing. I told him to stop calling me. Unfortunately, those unintelligent people doesn't seems to get it. I believe this is scam/fraudulent act.

I got a call today at work stating I took a loan out on 5/3/08 these people had all my personal information including my checking account number I have NEVER taken a loan out and the date they state they depostied the money into my account was prior to the date I opened my checking account!! huge frad and causing me to have to change all my information SAD!! !
