I do have student loans so I was interested in hearing what they are pitching even though I suspect a scam. I got an answer when I called but the person immediately hung up. When I called again the recording asks to leave a message. I think I didn't sound gullible enough.
Received text message from 471-53 says "Your Loan Has Been Approved For Federal Student Loan Forgiveness. Call a Counselor at 408-324-7373 Reply STOP to opt-out"
