I have an old cellular TracFone and I don’t answer unknown numbers. Someone called today at 1:27 PM, let it ring twice and hung up.  My phone number is registered on the national and Florida Do Not Call Lists, however these are probable scammers and WILL NOT abide by any DNC List!
