Who called from 4083402306

Someone keeps calling from this number, and not leaving a VM.

I JUST received a call on my cell from this number and typed it into google, which is how I found this site.  They are asking for my father in-law.  Is it legal to call ME?  Either at home or on my cell?  These calls are extremely annoying!!!  I have been getting them for over a year... not just from this company.

No voice mail.  Keeps calling.  Not bothering to pickup if no messages.

Same here.  Didn't pick up.  No message.
