Who called from 4083416828

I keep getting calls from this number also (408) 341-6828.  I've asked them to take me off their list and they reply that they will.  I however received another called today 07 08 2010 at approximately 7:12pm while having dinner with my family.  I know have the number recorded and I just clicked the answer button and let the caller listed to our having a nice dinner instead of bothering with it.  after 20 minutes I checked our home telephone line and the caller apparently hang up! :(

Well hope they get the message and stop calling us.

I'm not even done writting my experience with the 1st call received on 07 08 2010 and now i'm getting a 2nd call again.

I just hope they finally get it.

call them  back anc complain. call your senator and public officials and complain.
