They called me and told me that had all of these charges for excepting a payday advance that I never recived. They knew what bank I banked with and my email address. They also told me that I had court in San Francisco on march the 29th. I live in L.A and they just called me Friday.
They are same people who have been contacting me from a 916 area code a man with a thick indian accent stating that i owe a outstanding payday loan which i know for a fact I DO NOT...Stating i was being charged with fraud check from a old bank acct that i havent had in years....they stated they had sent multiple emails to my work email address which i NEVER recieved but they kept saying my social security number wrong and they would not let me speak when i try to interject!! I recieved 6 calls within 5 mins!! Beware!! FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD!!
If anyone comes up with the name of the company our agency would appreciate it. We have had a person from this number threaten bodily harm to one of our employees and would like to pursue legal action against both the individual and the corporation.
Keep getting harassing voice mails from this number on my cell and work phones telling me to call them immediately. They reference my SSN# and say if I do not respond it is on me and all they can do is wish me good luck. Not one collection agency would ever reference your SSN# over the phone let alone wish you good luck if you do not respond. FRAUD< FRAUD<FRAUD<FRAUD. wish i knew how to get then to stop calling.
I've had this person call also from a 916 area code as well. They keep calling my cell number and have called my husband at work. They have claimed to be with the State of CA government, a police officer, have wished me good luck, have threatened me with going to jail...they yell when I answer the phone...Horrible Horrible people! Wish I could figure out who they were so I could press charges against them!!
