These people use multiple numbers that are similar to this one. They reference PGE's CA Energy Initiative in regards to solar energy. I've told them that I am not interested, stop calling me, and I block the number. The last caller told me her name was Cookie. When I said that I have told you people to stop calling, she hung up on me. Persistent buggers.
Called as Unavailable. Answered but nobody there. Then called them back and is supposedly a disconnected number. So they are spoofing this number and calling everyone.
