Called asking for someone who has never worked here, honestly I think she was just using a popular name hoping that someone in the company would have it. She said he worked in IT, I said we use an outsourced company for IT work and then she asked if I knew if an office manager would have kept in touch with him. I asked what she was calling about and she said she was wondering when we would replace our current phone system and that she was with Shoretel. We are already with Shoretel and it has been this was for at least a year. Shoretel needs to update their system or someone is trying to scam people using their name.
Calls multiple times daily and never leaves a message. I finally called back. A guy answered Hello...just that, and then thanked me for calling him back. He represents Fired Dept...so he says. I told him I just wanted to know who calls my house multiple times a day without leaving a message and please don't call back, then I hung up.
I don't trust it.
