I received the same call from the same number this morning also at 7:30 East Coast time also. Caller ID says they are from San Jose, California. NOT the IRS!!!
Looking for someone not at this address and identified themselves as the IRS at 8:10 A.M. on the east coast. They are calling from the west coast. It was 5:10 A.M. there. Obviously NOT the IRS!

I just received a call from this (408-351-6927) number at 7:59 a.m. today stating that there is a disturbance in my income tax. And not to ignore the call either I myself or my attorney should contact him immediately!!
In the beginning of the message he blabbed some town/state name, it sounded like: Kandapur???
First of all what the heck my income tax has to do with this city/state whatever this place is?

Received voicemail in heavy accent from a VOIP cutting in and out at 3 pm PT from 408-351-6927 saying to call Daniel Forester using IRS threats. I called the number back and the person who answered said “this is Daniel Peterson from the IRS” with no accent.
I said I am returning a call, he asked what phone number was it that was called. I asked why would you want to reference a phone number, wouldn't you rather know who I am? Then I hung up.

Got this caller asking for me and my wife, a recorded message with a Indian robo call voice, I cuss him out and they keep calling with that same robo caller voice again and again.
