Called my cell phone, I didnt answer and they did not leave a message or wait long enough to leave a message.

A person reporting to be with the "union" called to enlighten us on Prop 32.  They are against it.
Advised we would research and make our own determination.

Was called from this number and no message!

This number never leave a message, but keep calling. Be patient, don't pick up the phone until you recognize
who he is.
