I didn't answer the call from this number but I did from 406-677-5836. The same debt collection agency and claiming to be an attorney's office. The female voice was very rude.
The girl appeared to be very nice; but that was just the first call. She said she was with an attorneys office. Big Lie. I'm reporting them to the FCC; I suggest you do the same. Ask them for there state bar license number
Hunt & Henriques law firm. Why this law firm asked for full social security number for verification purpose instead for the last four social security digit. They are collection agency for Citibank (South Dakota) N.A. but Citibank found no account under my name or social security number. Worse, the law firm filed a request application for entry of default for court judgment. I verified my case number at the superior court it was ligit. My impression that they are communist to monitor where I am; they are scam law firm; at the same time they are ligit to take advantage on someone doesn't have background on law. This law firm put on me a lot of fear. I spend a lot of time recieved their call during night, day, and weekend. They put on me a lot of stress. I felt to the point I can not take it any more.
I, to have been harassed by this company. I am on social security and according to Federal and California state law they cannot collect from me or or put a judgment against me. The reason being my only income is social security. The did, however get the Superior Court where I live to get apply the judgment. Now I have filed a complaint with the California Attorney Generals Office. Everyone should do the same thing.
