This phone number sent a bogus e-mail to me identifying themself as "Paypal Fraud Prevention." They stated another IP had tried to access my PayPal account and of course had a link to click onto as well as verify financial information(which PayPal never asks for) Then they had this phone number listed for assistance. I called the number and it went directly to Voicemail. hen called PayPal( the real one) and let them know what is going on. This is FRAUD. Using a phone number means they are using the FCC to try to commit Interstate Fraud.

I got the same email as Bonnie, I think - with the same phone number listed. I went to look it up and here I am. I don't respond at all to fraudulent emails; I just send them to the "spoof@______.com" address that a lot of places have set up.
