I received a call from this number. It said it was from Campbell, CA. I have a friend from there, so stupid me picked it up. The person on the other end of the line said they're from GE Energy or something like that, and that they had a special offer running for homeowners. I told her I wasn't a homeowner and wasn't interested, but she just kept talking, so I hung up.
