Who called from 4083852681

I received 2 calls this morning from this number.  They did not leave a message.  I think it is safe to assume it is spam.

Someone from this number called 3 times asking for 3 different people. I assume they are confirming that the phone number called is a working number. Now blocked on my phone.

I think this is a Discover number: shortly after this phone call I received a text message and email saying my payment is due in a week.

First asked for someone named Cindy. When I said he had the wrong number, he started some sort of pitch for medical insurance.

"Campbell, CA" called at 12:30 p.m. PDT and I thought it was a friend of mine, so I answered (but paused before doing so in case it was a telemarketer).  No response, then a hang-up.  I IMMEDIATELY received another call from a Los Angeles caller ID.
