CID:  West Valley San (the rest was truncated due to my phone display limitation).  Number:  408-385-3007.  Didn't recognize the number or caller id so I answered it on the first ring and hung up.  Now the number is blocked.  Searching for this number doesn't come up with anything legitimate.
