just called then umber back and I was told that it is an inbound line only for people to find services such as plumbers masons ect. i let the supervisor know that i have gotten some very unsettling calls from that particular number.. they assured me that they would fix it and that i would NOT be recieving any more calls .
Just received a call from this number (408-387-6964). They asked for me by name; so, they somehow know the name that goes with the number they are calling. Then, they asked if I was looking for a certain college degree. This is all information that they had to have gotten from an online degree that I inquired about a few weeks ago; either Phoenix or Walden. When I asked, she said she was with Education Resources which is a company that places students at schools. I asked if she was affiliated with Phoenix or Walden and she said "no." I am more angry with Phoenix or Walden for SELLING MY PERSONAL INFO than I am with the lady who called. Beware when providing your personal info online folks, including your name and telephone number!!
