Who called from 4083952267

Spam call from Echo California.  Not their first call, and did not honor my request to take me off their list.

Caller called and he was laughing. Not sure what this is about

Received this call at 3:02PM. I didn't answer, no voicemail left.

Caller said his name was Chris, but I couldn't catch his last name. I asked who he was calling from, and he said "I don't know" and hung up.

Caller: this is John from Eco California..blah blah
Me: (interrupting)...I do not take these calls. Put me on your "Do not call" list: bye
