Keeps calling Restricted and text's nasty things. This person has done this before. It stays quiet and you can hear it breathe.

Same here text second to give him a [***] wants me to send pics of my VA jj. I call he answers and i hear breathing

His name is Andrew Ramirez.  He did this to me all Saturday and Sunday.  Text me and asked me to send a picture.

Someone called me last night 3:30 am over and over five times. I keeped answering thinking they couldn't hear me. I then said text me i can't hear you. Within seconds text me ???????  Called today no answer some automated machine in Spanish and Chinese.....
