Received a call from an unknown number and let it roll to VM. I checked my VM later that day, and it was from a person with a very strong indian accent stating that his name was "Dave Jones" and that he was an officer calling to pursue legal matters regarding a debt that was owed by not myself, but a family member. So, I call back and ask what the hell this was about, then he went on about how there was a loan taken out from an online loan website that was not paid back, in the amount of $300. They could not provide the exact date of the transaction, or any other specifics, but requested that I provide information to pay off the debt immediately, otherwise there would be a lawsuit against me and my family member. I thought something was a bit odd, as he kept pushing for me to pay the debt, when it wasn't even my debt to begin with. He also somehow changed his name to Brad King. Seriously?! Brad King and Dave Jones with strong [***] indian accents"! You've got to be kidding me. So, I get back to the office, and do a Google search and come across this lovely bit of info. I called him back, and told him that he was full of [***] and a complete scammer. He got pissed off, started calling me names, said good luck since he was taking my [***] to court, and hung up. I called them back, and they wouldn't answer. LOL Unfrickenbelievable!! COMPLETE SCAM!
Called threaten to throw me behind bars if i dont pay a loan back that i took out in 2006. It was a payday loan. The guy said his name was stanley the investigator.. He sounded like he was in a call center. He said he is holding an affidavit. LMAO and a legal order to come Get me!! He sounded Indian. Calling from the West Indies. They hire these people to collect, basically they are reading from a screen. Then calls from an unknown number and leaves a voicemail message and leaves a phone number that dont exist. Says he has a case number. Guess what " If you going to pay airfare from the west indies to America to come and take me to court then you have enough to pay off this debt of mine. 6 more months until it makes 7 years and then you cant collect anymore. You got aggressive with the wrong person. I work for a loan company GOOD LUCK to ya!!
i got a phone call from these people and told me to have my attorney call them and i told them i want paperwork before i get one and he said i wasnt allowed i said it was bs that i cant get it and and he called me a f***ing b****h and told me he was going to rape me in my a** and he was going to have all of his officers f**k me in the a** i was so mad that someone would say that to me but i couldnt help but laugh and say dude u just sold yourself out your not an officer take me off ur calling list and i guess this agrivated him more cuz he kept cursing me out.

Stanley also called and left extremely threatening voicemails on both my cell phone and my work phone. In the messages he threatened imprisonment, legal charges connected to my social security number, and he threatened my job as well. He sounded like an indian or chinese fellow...?? I'm currently trying to get in touch with Stanley to take him down. Little does he know he's messing with someone with a lot of knowledge and experience with FDCPA law. Oops...
