I got a text message from this person offering full price plus $40 extra, then 3 days later says his partner send a second payment and could I please cash it and send it back thru money gram.
scammer text reply to my item on craigslist wanting to buy with money order and have someone pick it up . total scammer....wish we can wipe them off this planet... maybe trump can do it..
Scammer left 2 text: Him "for sale still? (item description)" Me "Yes" Him "Send your full name and address I want to pay with money order,I'm adding $40 for saving it in favor for me ok?"
I absolutely knew this was a scam when he offered the extra $40. At that point, the amount he was offering was getting close to the full original purchase price.
