This is very likely the same person/robo behind a ton of different Gilroy, CA numbers that have been reported during the last few years. Received this one for the first time a few minutes ago. I let it ring (didn't go to the answering) and will block it now.
Call came in to cellphone on the Do Not Call Registry. I didn't answer, it went to voicemail but voicemail had a blank 2 second message. Assume a robocall. Will block.
Ricki from 'Green Energy Solutions' called my cell phone. Wanted to set up survey for solar power. Told her i lived in a cardboard box under and highway overpass and it probably wouldn't work. She hung up.
This number calls me many times a day, I use a "filter" service, but everytime they call, I get screwed because I keep ignoring UNKNOWN numbers and those who's "company" names I do not know. But, the VA here has some specific department numbers show up as UNKNOWN because they want you to go through there system, not direct calls to particular dr's etc. However, numbers like these that use the robo crap really mess up my real unknown calls. This number is one of the reason why it is difficult for everyone to get actual calls from others that use "UNKNOWN" to also hide from numbers and robo's like this one. I suggest that you keep a number log by your phone so you can monitor times and dates to try to establish a pattern for this numbers calls.
This is one of the "Solar" scams. When you fall for this one the actual company gives you free installation and charges you monthly for the energy. However, the catch is that when you go to refinace, sell or other. You find that they have placed a lean on your house because their equipment is attached to your house and that they must be payed in full for the equipment be for you can do anything. Total scam, you either pay for their energy or their equipment before you can do anything. Basically, a legal form of blackmail that you agree to when you do it.
