They are calling me about a credit card bill I cannot pay. I am on social security and therefore I am judgement proof. Meaning they can't take my money. They keep saying they are going to attach my bank account. Which is against the law. The bank knows they can't do this, but, they say it could happen by mistake. Then I would have to take them to court to get my money back. I can't afford to do this. They have even taken me to court and gotten a judgement against me. Iam very ill with having nine heart operationS and I can't take the stress they are putting on me. I have sent them the lettter proving the JUDGEMENT PROOF" status of my income and they ignore the letters. I felt so threatened I didn't get my prescriptions filled in order to pay them three payments. If I want to continue to live I cannot pay them.
