Got a call on my cell phone from this number. I've been getting slammed the past couple of days by unknown callers--this one and 800 numbers. HOW did they get my cell number!?

I have received two calls from this number in the last two days. They never leave a message. I called the number back and the automated message identifies the company as LeadPod. I also got an email from them today, something to do with a health insurance quote.
