I received a message from a robot caller, male voice, says he is from the IRS and that a warrrant has been issued for my arrest and that my address is under federal investigation. I am not calling back. Some kind of scam, I am sure.

IGNORE the THIEF! The IRS mails letters if there is a problem. There is no warrant & no one is checking your home.
