I have received no less than 51 calls from them in 2 weeks! The company is called Value Access and there is never a live person. Even when I picked up the phone, it automatically disconnected the call. Who can I report them to? I am on the National Registry but have not been on it for 31 days as yet. It is beyond frustrating. Can I contact the BBB?
I hate whoever is calling from this number. They call at least once a day, never leave a message, and when I call back, I get an automated message saying "you have reached the marketing department" yadda yadda. Can't speak to anyone. This number is driving me nuts!!!!!
I reported it about a month ago to Do Not Call, but clearly nothing has been done. I've been on the list for years. This number keeps harassing me at least once a day with their irritating hang-ups. I don't know what the point of Do Not Call is when it clearly doesn't stop the incessant calling....
