I answered "Telecom Investigations Bureau. Is this the call you want to trace?"
They hung up.
Sometimes I answer "Vederal [sic] Bureau of Investigation, Telecomms Division. Is this a call you want traced?"  By saying "Vederal" softly, I am NOT impersonating the FBI, I hope!

Called. No voicemail

Calls weekly. Never leaves message. I never answer.
