Received 2 calls from this number at work. You could hear noise in the background that it was a call center. When I confirmed my name, the operator hung up both times. Very suspicious.
Received this call at work. Clearly a call center from the noisy background. He asked for someone who does not work here. I informed him there's no one here by that name. He asked me if I could please check and then forward him to the person. I repeated there's no one here by that name. He replied, "Well, then you can go to hell you [***]." And hung up. Some sort of phishing scheme or something. Extremely rude.
They have returned claiming their calls are 'business calls' however they are attempting to interrupt -our- business line by requesting to speak to people in our customer service groups. They also indicated I will be fired for not transferring their calls as they are going to file a formal complaint for "interrupting -their- business"
A man with a heavy accent (foreigner) called and when I said this is Jeff can I help you, he knew my last name also. He said is this your direct line? and then hung up.
