I received a call from this number, and the guy on the phone said I had been selected to receive a $10,000 grant and they would give it to me every year for the next 12 years. I automatically knew it was a scam, so I told him I don't take scam calls and to never call my number again, then I hung up. There is no way the government would just hand out money randomly.
