I've received several calls from this number for the last three days. They never leave a message and I don't know anyone in the 408 area code. Annoying!
I was contacted by this number and the rep was from a company called Auto Care. He was attempting to sell me reduced auto insurance due to my excellent driving record. When I informed him that he was calling a corporate cell phone and to take me off of his calling list his response was as follows, and I quote (until i laughed and hung up):
"F--k you,no I will not take you off of my list, You can suck my d--k you mutherf----r"
These sales calls are going too far. The organization who employs these individuals knew what insurance company I'm with, and the type of vehicle I drive. If this is the end result of these types of sales calls we as people should be able to opt out of any of our personal information being sold or divulged to any third party company for profit. If this continues to happen we should be able to pursue legal action towards both companies!
I have received several calls from this number asking me for personal information. They are Auto Care Insurance, when I try and tell them to stop calling they hang upbefore I can finish.
