this [***] called me saying someone is suing me and my ssn and to call the same number back he was calling me from and ask to speak to Kevin peterson. I called and it just kept ringing.
Recieved a voicemail from a man with a heavy accent, Middle eastern, I got a call last week on same thing on me havn felonys and needing to get an attoryney, he would not give me his location, he would not answer any of my questions, he hung up and I was wow here we go again,
I GOT A CALL FROM THIS NUMBER AT FIRST A WOMAN LEFT A MESSAGE, THAT I NEEDED TO GET AN ATTORNEY. WOULD NOT SAY FOR WHAT REASON, THEN I CALLED A MAN WITH A MIDDLE EASTERN ACCENT ANSWERED AND ASK IF I EVER WERE ARRESTED. THAT I OWED OVER 3800.00 BUT WOULD NOT SAY TO WHO. THE POLICE WERE COMING TO ARREST ME IN 2 HOURS IF I DIDNT PAY ATLEAST 475.00. WHEN I ASK FOR MORE INFORMATION HE GOT MAD AND WOULD NOT ANSWERE ANY MORE QUESTIONS.
A woman that was not very understandable left a message to call her back its time sensitive and if I choose to ignore this message then good luck to me. So I called the # back and Heavy accent middle eastern man answered and said that I got a cash advance lawsuit on me and I need to get a lawyer involved because the police will arrest me at my home address by 4:30pm today. I couldnt understand much else of what he was saying and I asked ?'s and he said the police would tell me everything when they arrest me. Then my husband tried talking to him and the man would no answer any of his questions and hung up. WTF! rite
I received the same phone calls today around 6:30pm. Stating I had oustanding warrants for my arrest. Tax fraud and cash advance loans that were unpaid. I ask the man where was this coming from and he wouldn't answer any my questions and Hung up on me. So I decided to call back and didn't get any answers. He said they sent local authorities to get me from my job tomorrow at 11 am. I was worried and called the local authority to see if I was wanted and there was nothing. They were able to look at all the states and nothing came up. He told me it was against the law to call and you that you have a warrant for your arrest and second its harassment. The corporal asked for the number and we called on three way and they kept dropping our call. I was told if they call again call my state police immediately.
