Just got ANOTHER phone call from these people. When I finally decided to pick up they told me to hold. When I held they hung up on me. When I called back they wanted to know if I was *** ***** birth date 00/000/19**. If you have something to say send me a letter otherwise you have no business calling me. If you have that much info on me Heather from Capay and Associates (sp?) then speak up, [***]. Don't hang up on me.

I have been getting calls from them for awhile. They leave no VM. Called them back and they immediatly asked for my name. I said that it was me. They asked to verify my address. I then asked for his name. He gave it to me then asked again to verify my address. I then asked for the company he works for. I believe he said Capio Partners. He said it very fast and then repeated again for my address. I told him that by law he is to identify himself prior to asking for personal information. He stated that he and would not recognize that I had to ask him for that information. I told him to send whatever they need to speak to me about to the address they have on file and hung up.
This co. started calling 6 months ago for hospital bill over 5 years old that I have tried to rectify not only with the hospital and these idiots, too. The debt is legit, who these people are I have no clue. Since reading these comments I have my doubts whether Capay is even are who they say they are. I have tried to solve this and 79 calls later, you still bother me. You've had me scream till my throat was soar, have an air horn in your ear, and completely ignored. Get the h*ll away from me and stop calling. Anything said say it through the mail.
