I think this person is an illegal immigrant.  We sold a truck to them a couple of months ago and they failed to do the transfer of liabiltiy.  Now we're stuck with tickets.  If anyone knows who or where this person (whoever answer's the phone) is, please tell them to do the TRANSFER OF LIABILITY. Otherwise, the truck is STOLEN if it's still under our name.  Do we really want the police to get involved????
