Call on my cell atc home design, I am on the do not call

Called my cell. I too am on the Do Not Call List...BLOCKED them.

I answered because it is a local number and I was expecting call back from local business.
SPAM! Asked if I was planning any home construction projects.
I said no and that I'm on Do Not Call list, but she hung up before I finished.
RUDE.

I just got a call from this number. I let it go to messages.... Left no call back information so I called back.... Robo-message.... I hung up
