Answered call just to see who it was. Of course, telemarketers selling scam to "help reduce your PGE bill". Blocked the number.

Same as above. I just realized that the do not call list is probably an excellent source of working numbers!!

You should also realize that scammers use programs that input any 10 digits and randomly dial the next thousand in a sequence that follows the one they input. It makes the calls too and wouldn't require them to buy a DNC list or have to input all those numbers either.
