Who called from 4084773689

This number which just comes up as "South San Francisco Bay Area" periodically calls me and doesn't leave a voicemail. When I hit decline call, they just call right back. Today they called at 0430 so I blocked the caller. Still no idea what it is.

This is a number used by the alert system for US Army Garrison Wiesbaden.

It's an alert system for deserve military members.

I received a text from '24639' and call from 408-477-3689 with a recorded message saying it was an important message from the VA. But I called work and no other VA co-workers got this text and I would think the VA would use a toll free # so I'm nervous about responding to text or call.

Nevermind. I found an 800 # in the text and called to confirm it as legitimate and part of US government alert system.
