Some home energy company, probably bought a customer list from PG&E.  Hung up as soon as they said the name of the company.

The good news is if you call the number back you can simply press 2 to be on this do JR call list.
Wish all numbers had this option.

Called. Left no message. BLOCKED!

Be careful, by doing that, you just let them know there is a live body behind that number. They may not call you back but all of the direct marketing companies that buy that now cleaned list will.
