Another fake and phony that collector trying to scam me out of money. I've dealt with these fake debt collectors for about 10 years now, I tell them now to ruffle their feathers just take me to court and instead of trying to bargain them with money. This seems to work and get them off my back until the next one comes along which is probably some kind a relative of theirs or friend and and it makes them very angry because I refuse to give them money.
