Who called from 4084952740

Phone rang...then disconnected upon answering.  No message...no idea what it was all about.  They have called TWICE and done the same thing twice.  ??????

Picked up the call. But, no one answered.

They called and didn't leave a message.

Number came in but it was blocked because I blocked the entire area code and prefix a long time ago as I was getting calls with the same area code and prefix but different last 4 digit numbers a while back.  Since I don't know anyone with the first 6 numbers, I ditched the entire sequence.

Called my cell, greeted with the usual silence then someone came on.  Definitely not native speaker "Allo?"  I just hung up.
