Claiming they are from the IRS and I need to pay taxes owed immediately or they will get a warrant to being me into court. The message is worded just like every other Indian scam that is out there. If anyone owes money to the IRS, 1) they will not call you unless you have made arrangements for them to call you, 2) they can't get a warrant to arrest you, they must file a claim in civil court. 3) The IRS in DC phones start with area code (202).
