Said they were "Susan" from "Consumer Services" - claims they were monitoring my credit cards and noticed that my balance was high - said to press 9 to talk to rep - pressed 9 and "Fred" came on the phone asking if my call to them was regarding some service - advised Fred that they called ME and Fred immediately hung up!
