Called and left partial message about member services.

What did they say and who was it? I dont have a credit card so I slightly confused

I got a call from this number.  No message left and when I called it back it said "welcome to Verizon, this number has been disconnected"  I blocked the call.

Called and said that this was their final attempt to contact me about lowering the interest rate on my credit card. Failed to mention any bank affiliation and gave me about two seconds to choose between pressing 1 to continue on to lower my interest rate or 2 to let it be increased. I pressed neither and it hung up.

called my company cell yesterday and my personal cell today. did not leave a message either time. i didnt answer either call.
