Called, but left no message. Caller ID said Goel Prerna

left a message saying an increase in utility bill of 11.4 percent.  think its a scam... its going around right now so they can get your info.  usually it will say who is calling you not that your bill is going up and to press numbers to accept the offer or whatever... sketchy especially if the number keeps changing ...

No one there when picked up, and yes apparently they have changed their fake caller ID to Goel Prerna.
