Idiot just called - he asked for me by name a couple of times and did didn't realize I hadn't picked up the phone. A LONG message was left - sort of. The jerk forgot to disconnect for about a minute and I could hear others in the background pitching some sort a "home remodeling" service (aka scam) I can't tell you the last time I received a legitimate (non-scammer) call from area code 408. Jerks!
They call my answering message ( this is a do not call phone- no telemarketers-no political- personal friends please leave a message ) they just hang up. Don't have to answer or record. They get the message!
SCAM SCAM, Watch-out for this number, they are a SCAM. 408-511-7456. They call continuously day and night. What you should do if you are an AT&T customer with a landline. Answer, don't speak then dial *77 this will block them from calling or make them enter their info before they can call your line. That way at least you will know who they are so as to report them to the police and your carrier. I simply just answered once without speaking and dialed *77 this works.... Good luck and watch out for the scam artist. Also beware of anyone calling you saying that they are from Microsoft. Microsoft does not call your house.
