Call came to my cellphone yesterday, which is on the Do Not Call Registry. No voicemail left. I called it back today and it was answered by an Indian(?) sounding gentleman who said it was the Psychiatry department in Kaiser, and he wanted to know how I got his number as it was a very private number and not given out to many people. I think this is a spoofed number. Advised him to report this to the police. I have blocked the number..
