Just had a call from these people — a male caller asked for the person who handles merchant accounts, and I asked if this call was a sales call since we're on a no call list. Caller responded it was about our "merchant account" and then hung up. I did a reverse look-up and the call was from a telemarketer in the San Jose area called Atlas Merchant services.
Here it is January 2014 and this company figured it had been long enough between requests of taking us off their list to try again. NEVER do business with this type of company.

telemarketer - said she was a bank needing to talk to the owner, I asked if this call was a solicitation - she said no, then I said what do you need to know - she asked if we take American express - I said so this is a solicitation call and told her we don't take this type of call and not to call back, she hung up on me.
