They called me twice the same day. I'm originally from Argentina and the second time they called they left a message saying alo?, hola, hola? and I could recognize the accent, the lady was definitively from Argentina. I returned the call right away,and it seems to be a dead line. Wierd.
Reading all the comments, some stated that the people calling was speaking spanish and they were a "telecommunications company" and it made me think. I have a plan to call my family which lives in Argentina with this company:

I'm not saying is them but the lady who called my house was from Argentina and never said hello, just hola. meaning she doesn't probably speak English. Last thing, I think this company moved and they were base in PA as the previous person said.
