Fake phone #. They get one of their relatives that live in the USA to get a track phone or whatever. I told the dude that I didn't need Viagra, I have wood right now and I'm surprised you can't see it from India. He still called back. Then I told him I have relatives in the Pakistani air force and I was going to make sure he got nuked. Then he got nasty....end result he hung up on ME Insult them until they get frustrated , make THEIR life more difficult.
This number and 3 other other (0,1, and Unknown) have called repeatedly since I got my new phone. I tell them that they have the wrong number and they say sorry and immediately hang up, only to call back within minutes, repeating the process.
Calling continously up to 6 x's a day. Will not listen, hangs up. Have threatened with harassment and contacting police and phone company. Still continues to call. Just put a 3 month block on that phone #, will see what happens.
