This is Sprint Navigation. When using Sprint Navigation on your phone, it'll give you the option to search for an address by voice. If you choose this option your phone will call this number and you'll be asked some questions by the automated system. Once your address is found, the system will place the address in the navigation's recently visited section so you can easily access it.
