Has called 3 times in the last 5 days.  Heavy foreign accent. A lot of background noise - boiler room operation.  Some kind of insurance scam.  Told me my rates have gone down 35% - no way he could know that.  If, in fact "MY rates" have gone down 35%, the reduction will show on my next policy. Asked them each time to put me on their "do not call" list  - apparently they don't have on!

(408) 531-6403 called at 1:27PM PDT and left no voicemail.   I blocked this number.

Called twice, and hung up when I answered.  If this were a LEGITIMATE call, why the hang up?

They call a few times a day. They use various numbers.
